Comparative Market Analysis

Would you like to know what your home is worth? A comparative market analysis (CMA) compares your home to similar homes that have recently sold, giving you a good idea of the current market value of your home.

We typically represent buyers.  But we realize that buyers are often sellers first.  Who better to know the best Selling Agent that those of us to work with all of them on a daily basis?  We can refer you to the agent who most knowledgeable about your area, and work with you as you purchase your new home.  And, of course, we want you to get the most money on your current home if you need to sell, and then focus on getting you the best price when you purchase, so you have someone looking out for your financial well being in both transactions! 

We will list for our buyers as an added service, and also list non-buyers by referral only.  We then come tour and inspect the property. That will take anywhere from 15 minutes to a half-hour, and we want you to accompany us on that inspection. Once that's completed, we'll sit down and discuss those things you want in the agent you select. Then, we return to the office and prepare a complete marketing plan specifically designed to get your home sold for your terms. Once that's completed, we will present the marketing plan best suited to meet your individual goals.  Anyone can list a house, but do you want to list it, or do you want to SELL it?
