Sally Hardman, Broker/Owner
Sally moved to the Golden Isles in 1985 after transferring here with FLETC (The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center) as an instructor with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Sally retired from the BOP in 2002 and began selling real estate working as a sales associate with Century 21 Island Development Company where she was among the top producing agents. In 2005, Sally received her Broker's license and opened Beachcomber Properties working from her home. In 2006, Beachcomber Properties moved to a small office in the Village area of St. Simons, and in the fall of 2007, moved into their current location at 541 Ocean Blvd, in the heart of St. Simons Island.
Sally is a member of the National Association of Realtors. She received her Accredited Buyer's Representative designation in 2003, and was certified as an internet real estate expert when she earned the e-PRO certification. Sally has been an active real estate investor in all of Glynn County including Brunswick, Jekyll Island, and St. Simons Island.
Cheryl Fisher, REALTOR®, ABR, e-PRO
Cheryl is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, and has received both her Accredited Buyer's Representation designation and her e-PRO certification. Cheryl is also an active investor with properties both on St. Simons and Brunswick.
